I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of Yangshuo’s Ten-Mile Gallery. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning karst mountains and peaceful rivers right outside my window. The hotel itself is well-designed, blending modern comfort with traditional Chinese elements. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped us arrange bike rentals to explore the scenic area. Every morning, I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony, watching the mist roll over the mountains. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place to stay. I will definitely come back

The staff was so nice and friendly and they speak really good English. They helped us with everything, like problems with our 5G internet, transfer and booking trips. The food was really delicious and they have Chinese and Western food, so a lot of choice for everyone! They take the feedback from their reviews very serious and do something about it. They gave us anything we needed to make our stay the most comfortable we could wish! Also the price was really good and we got so much. The house was really clean and hygienic and they do everything to help the environment, like no plastic bottles of water, but filtered water in glass and hot water from the solars on the roof. The house was so besutiful with the Chinese caracteristics and interior, also the garden was so romantic with fairy lights and beautiful plants and trees. There is a beautiful view of the Moon Hill and the mountains from our room and the garden, so it was lovely waking up and looking out of our window! At the end of our stay we even got a lovely goody bag!

It was exceptional - from the location, comfort, hospitality, quality and food. It was a dream from the start to finish and cannot believe I only stayed one night, I could spend the whole week here. Such lovely staff so helpful and accommodating and great English too. They helped us book a tour and even got us a discount as well. It was an amazing experience.

I stayed at the Zen Hotel for two nights and had the most wonderful experience. The hotel is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty—overlooking majestic mountains and endless pink lotus fields. My room was spotlessly clean, and the view from the window was simply awe-inspiring. As a solo female traveler, I deeply appreciated the warm and attentive staff. A special thank you goes to Karlie, who made my stay truly special. On her day off, she generously offered to show me around. We explored the surroundings on an e-scooter, went bamboo rafting, and shared plenty of laughter. It felt just like spending time with a close friend. Thank you, lovely Karlie, for your kindness and companionship—you made my time in Yangshuo so memorable.To sum it up: a wonderful hotel, fantastic staff, and a highly recommended experience for anyone visiting Yangshuo.

Everything. The beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Simply drinking a cold beer and nice coffee in the garden, I can easily spend whole days there looking at the beautiful landscape. They organize a lot of nice things for their guests. There's a proper pizza oven too.

The hotel and its rooms correspond to the descriptions and photos. The Lanshan Moon Hotel (now Fairyland Hotel) is in an excellent location in beautiful nature. Many places of interest (Moon Hill, caves, ancient villages, bicycle routes etc.) are very close, but also Yangshuo is only 13 minutes away by car. But the best thing about the hotel is host and hotel manager Mark, who speaks good English and knows the area very well; he can organize individual excursions, scooters and bicycles and gave us tips for activities every day. In addition, individual dishes can be prepared in the kitchen on request. All in all, we spent a wonderful vacation there!
