Amazing hotel complex right at the foot of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park featuring a spectacular pool with full-scale views of the nearby mountains.
Cosy rooms, each one featuring a unique design. Private bathroom on the terrace featuring a great view from the bath tub, modern showers and a traditional private wood-fired oven. High quality mattress, all ammenities in the bathroom.
But what REALLY made this stay unique is the care and attention provided by the staff, especially Linda from the reception. She's not only there to arrange pickup and airport transfer at a reasonable price, she plans each and every day of your stay individually based on your personal preferences to make the very best out of your time in this lovely place. A custom itiniery for each day, pre-booking of all necessary tickets, arrangement of transfers of private cars for longer trips, optimized solutions for luggage logistics to save time, even pre-written notes in Chinese to show to park employees to ensure smooth admission - everything is taken care of in a most experienced, professional, yet warm-hearted way. Amazing mountain view, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was welcoming and kind, and helped us to plan and book our entire itinerary throughout the Zhangjiajie parks. The restaurant food was good too - the local dishes were to our taste (the hotel was able to customise them to our preferences, i.e. less spice). We had a great experience staying here.

What a beautiful place! The first thing I said to my wife when we got into the room was, “I want my bedroom to be like this!” It is so beautifully decorated and well-kept.
We arrived extremely early and were allowed to check-in early and have breakfast (cannot say that this is the norm, and should be an expectation, this is just our experience). The bath is lovely and the water-pressure from the shower is amazing…..possibly the best shower I’ve had!
We appreciated how close it is to the National Park and the Grand Canyon.
The staff were very helpful and so welcoming. We managed to book all of our excursions through the hotel and all of our questions (of which there were many!) were answered.
If I were to revisit Zhangjiajie, I would stay at this hotel without hesitation.
Oh, and a special thank you for collecting us from the train station!

While choosing the place to stay I found out that nice home and read about the very welcome host. So, all my days of staying here Rebeca was so helpful, especially in organizing all my visits to the park and the concert. At checking in she gave me the delayed tours list and I her recommendation. And it was so helpful. By the way, you may have lunch and dinner in the house.

Girls on reception helped us plan our route in the park, gave us a map and highlighted the most important points, and also helped us book the tickets. They are extremely competent and speak good English! I recommend following their guidance and responding early if they try to reach out to you before your trip - it's important to book your tickets in advance, since the park and it's whereabouts are really crowded even on weekdays. We liked the design of our room and the hotel lobby - it's a nice place to be in :)
