Thank you so much for an amazing stay, amazing resor , amazing service and most of all they made us ( me and my wife ) feel like we are very important and special to them. It was like paradise , all the greeting and smiling faces was so relaxing and giving us a hint about what we will find through our stay. Amazing beuatiful lady ( Luna ) was really sweet and helpful and was smiling all the time. The hotel looked much better than on the pictures , it was so beautiful , and nicely decorated and the outside shower was simply amazing, the breakfast was so delicious and they have a variety of food to satisfy all tastes!

The treatment received, Cherry helped us in everything from the first minute, attentively caring, she explained to us perfectly how to organize our 2 days to see the Zhangjiajie park, the gram canyon and Tiananmen mountains She gave us maps, got us all the tickets, gave us directions, helped us with everything and made the best recommendations. The best people ever run this hotel. They helped us book tickets, plan out our schedules for our trips, picked us up from the airport, helped us do laundry, the list goes on and on. The hotel itself is cute and well located near the East Gate of Zhangjiajie forest park and a 5 min walk to streets with many shops and vendors. Could not recommend this place enough for visits to Zhangjiajie forest park.

Our stay at Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel was exceptional! The service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. A special shoutout to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our trip—she assisted with everything from planning our itinerary to sorting out currency and even arranging transportation. Thanks to her, our visit was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

First of all. the location is excellent if your goal is to visit the Zhangjiajie National Park. It is a few minutes from the West Entrance which means that you can avoid long queue’s. You can walk to the entrance but the staff is always willing to provide transport if you prefer it. The property is modern and clean and very convenient. We ate breakfast and Dinner at the hotel and the food is good and affordable. The best thing about our stay was the two gentlemen running the hotel. They are very friendly, helpful and fluent in English. They know the park well and help you to plan you day.

Our stay at Jijiehao Inn felt like a warm embrace from start to finish, all thanks to the incredible hospitality of Wen Shu & Emer! They didn't just host us, they made us feel like old friends visiting. From ensuring our room was cozy and clean to sharing local tips and stories, their down to earth approach created an atmosphere that was more than just a place to stay—it was a home away from home. The personal connection we formed with them turned a simple accommodation into a wonderful journey filled with laughter, shared moments, and a genuine sense of care. It's not often you find hosts who go the extra mile to make your stay not just comfortable but truly memorable. They really went out of their way to help us, even advising where to go for vegan food and cooking is a delicious vegan breakfast! It's hard to pinpoint anything negative about our stay. The location was a short stroll from the town center, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. Being within short driving distance of Baofeng Lake, Grand Canyon, Glass Bridge, and the National Park was a definite plus. They helped us in getting discounted tickets too, which made everything hassle free and budget friendly!
