It was super clean. It felt fresh and everything that i needed was in the room. The bed was very comfortable and overall it was a very nice apartment. I would definitely stay here again as everything i wanted was also walking distance.

Canl Grande Lodge is a very cozy hotel not far from San Josè International Airport, immersed in nature. The staff was utmost kind and helpful in assisting me since my luggages weren't loaded on the flight and I didn't have anything with me, apart from a little bag. The hotel provided me with basic stuffs in a stressful moment for me. Breakfast was very good, definitely to come and stay more nights in this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the transfer service from the airport arranged by the hotel were very appreciated.

This is seriously the nicest host and gorgeous B&B l have stayed in and l have been travelling for 10 months! Xin is absolutely wonderful, the little touches like welcome water & biscuits in the room, as well as a fridge, the bathroom fully stocked with toiletries for the guests, hair dryer available. It is like a home away from home, the lounge, dining room, kitchen and outside courtyard are all excemptional. Xin is a wealth of information and will help you with anything, the breakfast is outstanding juice, coffee, fruit with yohurt, pastry or cake, then eggs cooked how you like with toast & jams!! Seriously this is now my go too Everytime l am in San Jose great location with easy access to everywhere.

The host Mayela is very nice and friendly, and was nice practicing my Spanish with her! The property is beautiful and very clean. It has a nice inner courtyard with two palm trees and a spacious, well equipped, and super clean kitchen area.

This is the place, when you got back from wherever you where before in Costa Rica to just calm down and have a very good night sleep. The beds are comfy, the rooms, showers, toilets are clean (btw the soap in the toilets smells amazing). The area surrounding is barrio escalante, there you can stroll around, enjoy a really good Coffee (cafeoteca is beyond), have great food and Just enjoy your stay in San jose.
