I liked absolutely everything about this property.We had an apartment with balcony facing the city-it was amazing.it was very clean and comfortable.if I will come back to KARLOVY VARY I will definitely choose this hotel again.

I had a wonderful 5 days in this wonderful hotel. Very tasty food. Very polite staff. Liked literally everything. The hotel is located in the very center, all the healing springs are nearby. I'd give this place 5 stars, rather than 4. I will definitely come again.

The suite was amazing, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, very nice old style. Well-equipped fitness room, friendly Thai masseuse, pets friendly, nice spa area. Everything was connected by tunnels, so no need to walk outside at all.
