The room was impecable. Amazing view from the room, all was exceptionally clean and the room itself was very spacious and quiet. My fiancé and I had a great night sleep. The place is well located, walking distance from all main attractions and streets. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast arrived exactly at 8.00am to our door. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a spacious room with a high ceiling and a view of the pedestrian zone on the river Teplá, a balcony and a large window. The bathroom was also spacious. The room was clean, beds comfortable, with a coffee maker and pleasant lighting. We were on the 3rd floor and there was no noise from the street even with the window open.

First thing that caught our breath once we entered the room was the amazing room view and landscape of the city in front of us. We had a room facing the city center and the river and colonnades, super bright, clean and comfortable. We had 3 hours free access at the exterior pool, right above the city. It was such a great experience!
The location of the hotel is just perfect (the city in itself is quite small anyway), 5 min away from one of the main colonnades. We had to pay for the parking around 15 eur, but that was fine, since most of the hotels that offer parking possibility charge for this option.
We had a very diverse breakfast included in the room rate.
They also offered a baby crib for our daughter, free of charge.
We will definitely return here for our next stay in Karlovy Vary! :D

I had a wonderful 5 days in this wonderful hotel. Very tasty food. Very polite staff. Liked literally everything. The hotel is located in the very center, all the healing springs are nearby. I'd give this place 5 stars, rather than 4. I will definitely come again.
