If the goal of your visit is to see Berlin - it’s better to look for other hotel closer to the city centre. But if you want to be in the area - it’s great place - small, clean and welcoming, near the lake Schlachtensee, in the very nice green area of villas.

Perfect price & quality ratio, good transport accessibility, clean, warm apartment.
Friendly and hospital host.Host greets guests personally. Speaks English fluently.
All kitchen utilities (there is no frying pan only), black tea, water, coffee, milk for free).
It is not completely separate rooms (the walls don't reach the ceiling). But it is enough for general privacy and good for families with kids. It's important that at this price separate beds for kids are included.
