Check in went smoothly as I followed instructions to the letter. I really can't understand what "problems" some previous reviewers encountered. The room was nice and quiet ( as outlined by the hotel if you want a quiet room you need to book the ones not facing the street ) Shower was superb, beds very were very comfy ( for me - I like hard mattresses), pillow was ok, towels were not huge but definitely not small. Kitchenette had everything you needed for 2 people incl dishwash soap and a sponge. Location is perfect for exploring the city and nightlife

The best place to drink your morning coffee. They have specialty coffee. I also liked the breakfast. The staff was simply amazing and the room confy.

The locations is the best! The rooms is super comfortable! and the personal super friendly!. super friendly with kids! It is very close to the Christmas market. In front of the hotel, there is a nice local market to eat or get a small souvenir. The hotel has a Christmas vibe!

The house is so beautiful and the apartment is exceptional with lovely original features. In a great location a 10 minute walk to a choice of 2 train stations. It was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with a lovely bathroom and kitchen. The 3 double rooms were a generous size, with lots of hooks and storage. Petra is a great host, very friendly and helpful and has made things just prefect for guests. Thank you Petra. Will certainly be back if we're in the area again.
