We stayed in 2015 and 2019. It is a great hotel that has not lost anything from its comfort / quality. Also the receptionist Mr Kris is a great employee. I would like to thank him too. She loves her job, she is friendly and helpful.

All staff were very 👍 good and approachable, helped for everything, no huzzle, especially patrick and lilly, were very helpful, and the other staff also but forget there names. Ony the problem was no dining facilities, after breakfast.

Very specious rooms, best possible location in Königsallee shopping street, so close to public transportation. I loved the fact that you can use an entire HOLMES PLACE gym for free during your stay, the parking was also very nice even though there is a height limit of about 2 meters
