Nice location that was slightly out of town but very peaceful and close to transport. Staff were friendly and the rooms were well equipped and comfortable.

The cleaning staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean and dust free. The reception staff arrange the room to be ready earlier than usual.

Access to the hotel is easy with the M34 and U6. I needed to get to the US consulate in Frankfurt, so the M34 line was particularly useful. The staff is very polite. The open buffet breakfast options are quite sufficient. The rooms are air conditioned and the bathroom is spacious.

Well situated in a leafy quiet street close to public transport and a walkable distance to city. Proximity to the Palmengarten was excellent and a highlight for us. Staff were welcoming and responsive.

Very incredibly clean and super friendly! Wonderful breakfast! Perfect design! I stayed in a capsule and was totally amazed by the design. It wasn’t just an overnight stay, it felt like a cosmic adventure! I had a great rest and slept wonderfully after a long, busy day at the book fair.

Must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. One of the hotels where the staff could actually properly speak English. The hotel's exterior is truly impressive, and it sets the tone for the exceptional quality found inside. The moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate my 83-year-old grandmother, allowing us to check in a bit earlier than expected. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel warmly welcomed. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find a spotlessly clean and well-appointed space. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was evident throughout the entire hotel. The room was comfortable, inviting, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Another noteworthy aspect was the flexibility with our check-out time.
