The very welcoming staff and helpful manager made us feel at home. Lovely relaxed environment in the lounge and breakfast room. Unique to this hotel is its free evening supper provided for travellers who are just too tired to go out for a meal. Breakfast excellent. Our room was spacious, clean and pleasant with a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping staff always friendly. We loved the 1950’s-60’s decor! A real Hamburg feel and definitely value for money✅
