We enjoyed the location. Being in the forest and feeling secluded, but close to town was nice. We also liked that we could drive up to the hotel. We loved how pet-friendly the hotel was. Our dogs got a welcome bag of treats when we arrived at our room.

The hotel is exquisite and grand! You feel like in a castle :)
Staff on reception is really friendly and helpful (they brought spoons to room, once we asked them).
They also gave fruits and a birthday cake for free!)
The room is spacious, comfortable, and warm, with beautiful furniture, a big nice bed, a modern TV, and a spectacular view of the inner yard.
Big and light bathroom; great SPA zone with wonderful pool and massages.
The hotel is quite close to Hauptbahnhof and city centre.

Very large apartment, a wonderful combination of new and old furniture, and very clean, comfortable beds. It has a large living room and a kitchen, a bathroom and another wc. Very nice host, the owners of the vis-a-vis restaurant. Good communication with the hosts, they allowed us to leave the luggage there after the check-out hours. Situated very close to the Heidelberg Castle, with a view to the Nekar river.
