It’s super luxurious and modern. Clean and tidy. I love it. Nice body wash. Close to station and supermarket is just around the corner. Staff are friendly. The lounge is also quite nice and beautifully decorated. The automatic check in kiosk worked flawlessly and quickly to issue a card. Lots of light switches. Kitchen comes with everything. There are two tvs!! If there are communal washing machines for small loads, that would be even better. Overall will stay again, no doubt.

The Cinema City Hotel offers modern, furnished rooms with private bathrooms in Karlsruhe's pedestrian zone. Its location allows guests to explore the city on foot.

What a great find. I was in Karlsruhe unexpectedly and just needed a place to stay. I didn’t do much research but in this occasion I totally lucked out. What a great hotel central, modern, comfortable and clean. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a couple of nights here and I would definitely recommend. I also thought it was great value. I loved the way the elevator doors open directly onto the street - it’s so cool 😎.

Location. There are so many restaurants and Cafe nearby. Trains and trams are 3-5 min walk. The breakfast is so amazing. The best breakfast I have had so far. I have been travelling through Europe for the last 3 weeks and the variety provided by Ambassador hotel is exceptional. Keep up the good work. Would return and highly recommend this hotel.

My room looked to the zoo that I was not aware of. The view to the red panda's were amazing! The room was spotless and comfortable beds, bath was fully equipped, all great!

Everything was perfect, very friendly receptionist, beautiful and clean room, easy parking on the roof, extras for the baby, delicious breakfast (exceptional coffee!)
