We weren't expecting anything, other than a service and environment of a hotel that is at the comparable price range. And we were in for a surprise: a glass of delicious champagne at the arrival, pristine room with state of the art lightning and bathroom devices; the rooftop and people who work there - amazing!

Excellent location; lots of space for sleeping; helpful staff who allowed flexible check in and kindly allowed us to store our suitcases in their secure basement while we were in Salzburg for a few days in the middle of our Munich stay. Coffee maker is excellent, fridge is great, bathroom is nice.
