The room was spacious, clean and nicely organized. Breakfast was the best I had in a hotel. Staff was also very kind. I have to mention Miss Hsiao-Ai Chen for being so cheerful and helpful. Location is good because it's very near to main station and also to Karlsplatz. We stayed as a family and my daughter liked the playground which is located just in front of the hotel, in the park.

Such a beautiful place, compact but had everything you could possible need and so close to the city centre. In fact it was too easy to linger there rather than get out into the city! Comfortable bed (a must have for me). A great host who was prompt and kind.

Location was perfectly close to downtown. Subway and Trolley options were extremely close by. Loved having the Augsustiner beer garden practically across the street. There was a public park right behind the property that was great for kids.

Very lucky to have an earlier check-in after 12 hours' flight! Breakfast is vey good! Staff is super friendly! I will definitely stay here again if I visit Munich the third time :) Will also seek for the same hotel when I visit other cities.

It's really clean, comfortable and unit has heeting wich was really nice. Self check in was easy. For this price you get much more than what you would expect, since you are in center if city. It's close to main train/bus and metro station. You have connections to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised by presents that we had in room and bathroom. Additional thing was breakfast that we could take in hotel across the street. Highly recommended!
