Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

We liked everything about the hotel.
LOCATION - very central
ROOMS - modern, very spacious and very clean
STAFF - very helpful and friendly. Thank you Paul and Geraldine for your help and everyday smile, Sandra for arranging our room requests, Paul, Sebastian and Claudius for helping us have a comfortable transport to get to the hotel. Everyone are amazing.
RESTAURANT - it was rainy during our stay at Munich but finding delicious meals is not a problem at the hotel. Their restaurant and Bistro are serving delicious foods and service are exceptional.

The room was spacious, clean and nicely organized. Breakfast was the best I had in a hotel. Staff was also very kind. I have to mention Miss Hsiao-Ai Chen for being so cheerful and helpful. Location is good because it's very near to main station and also to Karlsplatz. We stayed as a family and my daughter liked the playground which is located just in front of the hotel, in the park.
