The staff was excellent! Friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making my stay comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Nice little touches like a free bottle of water in my room and some gummy bears!

Great location (less than 5 mins to the nearest U-Bahn station), excellent cleanliness, friendly staff and a lovely restaurant that from the outside looked empty but when you walk in, is a lovely large/inviting restaurant with great food options.

Beautifully clean, brand new bathroom in my room, everything was lovely and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful (even with my terrible spoken German!) and the food was great!
