It appeared to be a great pick for the location I needed to visit. 10 minutes by bus from the airport, the 3-person room was actually like a mini-flat with everything included and even a bit more. Great pick for travelling for business reasons.

I had an exceptional stay at “The Services” apartment in Stuttgart! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern, clean, and well-appointed space. The location is close to the airport, but there a bus stop right outside the building. Those with a car will of course have no issues. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully stocked kitchen. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. Luca was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. What truly set this stay apart was the attention to detail. Little touches, like the complimentary toiletries, welcome basket, and fresh towels, made me feel right at home. The cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment were impeccable. I highly recommend The Serviced for anyone visiting Stuttgart. It provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I will definitely return on my next trip to Stuttgart.

I found the property comfortable. I had everything needed for my stay. It was quaiet, clean. Wi-fi was included in the price of the room and was perfect.

Definitely a great place to stay in Stuttgart. The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are big enough to stay comfortable, great bed (big and comfortable) the shower is big enough to do all you need, good breakfast . The personal is very helpful and educated. Free parking 🅿️ and easy access to public transport (200-300 meters from reception) to get at centre city or wherever you need to go. I definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was fine, however I prefer wholegrain bread rather than the proposed type of bread. The location next to the Hohenheimer Garten was marvelous.
