The breakfast was delicious, the staff was super friendly and the location could not have been better. The staff all spoke English and German, so they were able to always communicate with you no matter what language you spoke. Loved the bartender Andy, he was super fun and made the trip even better!

This hotel has been redecorated / refurbished recently, everything is so clean, so tastefully furnished, shower fantastic, bed comfortable. I arrived a little later than check-in due to DB trains putting me 2 hours behind schedule, but that was n9 problem for the staff. I didn't eat in the restaurant because I was too tired but the menu looked very good value. There is a cheap on-site sauna. Beer garden. The breakfast is one of the best I've had in ages with so much choice and the server is just too good and too happy for that time of the morning! I stayed in 2 rooms and the quality was consistent. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from DB and HSB teain stations.

Very nice hotel with great stuff! The view from the balcony in our room was amazing. It’s located in the city centre and there is a bus stop just nearby where you can take the sightseeing tour to the castle and around the city.

This traditional 4-star hotel, dating from 1717, features underground parking, family rooms and It lies directly on Wernigerode’s historic market square, opposite the town hall.

Perfect location on the main square of this delightful town. Room and bath were first rate and spacious and clean. Restaurant was fabulous and had a variety dishes including some exotic ones. Staff were very kind and helpful, I would come back!

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. My room was perfectly sized just for me — spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The breakfast every morning was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. But what truly stood out to me was the pool — it was absolutely mind-blowing! Clean, beautifully kept, and such a relaxing space to spend time in. Honestly, everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. It was an amazing stay all around.

A great quiet location, a few minutes from the railway station and the town centre. A comfortable room and bed with a nice bathroom with a powerful shower. An excellent buffet breakfast was served from 0730 onwards. The hotel was happy to look after our bags until our train back to the airport in the afternoon.

The hotel is next to the main street and a 5 min walk to the city center. It has a nice staff and a restaurant with good food and not so expensive. Good internet connection. The breakfast is not buffet but is big enough to have a good meal.
