This charming boutique hotel is operated by a very warm and welcoming family who communicated in English as well as Spanish. All staff and family members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I loved the location, close to the main attractions, the staff was really friendly and helpful organizing some tours around the city. They provide free bananas and coffee. The breakfast was so good too. There's this trick with the hot water, you need to do it slowly and it will work just fine. Ornelia is an amazing host, I loved my stay there and I'll be back to stay with them.

The most incredible view over Quito! Beautiful decor and amazing restaurant. The staff (James on front desk & Chris in the restaurant) were fantastic, also we were allowed us to use the hotel facilities before we the official check in time which was useful as our flight landed at 7am!
