The hotel is beautiful, the pools are near the sea with a fantastic view. The sea is fantastic, You can see colorful coralls. The staff is attantive and helpful, they work very hard for the guests’ convenience. The room was spacious and neat. The food was really good for us. It was a great help for us that we could stay in the hotel to wait for our flight until the afternoon.

Everything was perfect it felt like a beautiful dream. Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and different every day! All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Moataz at the reception he was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Boulos for his kindness and great service. Wow. What an amazing hotel. went with my wife, my cousin and his wife in May '23. The hotel is kept to an exceptional condition. The staff went the extra mile to ensure we were all happy and enjoying our stay. The food is phenomenal and the food manager Ibrahim was brilliant in ensure my wife (who is celiac and strictly gluten free) was able to safely and thoroughly enjoy herself. We also received a free upgrade for my cousin's wife's birthday which was a very sweet and generous of the hotel managers. There are a variety of pools with plenty of sun beds to enjoy the rays. We also thoroughly enjoyed the executive lounge and sauna. Already making plans to go back!

Karim the host is very approachable, English AND French are his 2nd/3rd well spoken languages. Apartment situated on 1st floor overlooking the gardens and pools below and are a stones throw away from the complexes bar and restaurant. If its calm and tranquility you're looking for, Veranda is the place. Staff here are very pleasant and will go out of the way to help.

Bahaa is a fantastic host. We forgot to ask him about wifi and he sent me a text message after my check-in (which costs to send to a swedish number) with all the wifi information. He helped us with everything we needed and it only took him max 30 seconds to reply to my whatsapp messages. His place is clean, fully equipped and well located by the sea in a very nice and pleasant area with a range of restaurants, shops and supermarket. I highly recommend book his place and enjoying your trip as we did.
