We had an absolutely amazing stay at Jaz Elite Asteria! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Massauda, whose kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire holiday. The hospitality throughout the hotel was truly exceptional — every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The service was outstanding in every aspect, and the food exceeded our expectations. Each à la carte restaurant offered not only delicious dishes but also beautifully presented plates — a real culinary experience that made every meal special. Everything was perfect it felt like a beautiful dream. Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and different every day! All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Moataz at the reception he was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Boulos for his kindness and great service. Everything was very nice. A very special thanks to Mr Ramy who made sure we were well taken care! When we arrived the staff had a very nice surprise for and made sure we were nicely accommodated during our stay! If you are looking for a relaxing place, this is the one. The food was really good, from the buffet to the “a la carte” restaurants, everything was delicious. We really appreciated our stay, didn’t not want to leave, and are already looking forward to coming back!!!

A beautiful modern apartment in the quiet area near Hurghada. Amazing swimming pools and gym great and well priced restaurant at the resort. Exceptionally clean. Fast WiFi. Bahaa is a fantastic host. We forgot to ask him about wifi and he sent me a text message after my check-in (which costs to send to a swedish number) with all the wifi information. He helped us with everything we needed and it only took him max 30 seconds to reply to my whatsapp messages. His place is clean, fully equipped and well located by the sea in a very nice and pleasant area with a range of restaurants, shops and supermarket. I highly recommend book his place and enjoying your trip as we did.
