Everything was very nice. A very special thanks to Mr Ramy who made sure we were well taken care! When we arrived the staff had a very nice surprise for and made sure we were nicely accommodated during our stay! If you are looking for a relaxing place, this is the one. The food was really good, from the buffet to the “a la carte” restaurants, everything was delicious. We really appreciated our stay, didn’t not want to leave, and are already looking forward to coming back!!!

Karim the host is very approachable, English AND French are his 2nd/3rd well spoken languages. Apartment situated on 1st floor overlooking the gardens and pools below and are a stones throw away from the complexes bar and restaurant.
