From the airport pick up to the airport drop off everything was perfect. I had a warm welcome at Steigenberger Nile Palace Hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff, the atmosphere in the hotel is incredible, which made my holiday and my stay very special. I was amazed by the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff. The employees are very professional, everyone was so friendly and helpful and they made me feel very comfortable and safe.
Furthermore, the restaurants/bars in the hotel and the food (breakfast and dinner) were amazingly delicious.
My hotel room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had the perfect view on the Nile, which was stunning.
Also, the travel agency of the hotel, Nasco, was very helpful in booking my tours (and I had the best tour guide with so much knowledge and interesting things to tell!!).
All in all, I had the best stay, thanks to the Steigenberger Nile Palace Team and everything they offered. I would book the hotel again and I recommend you doing so as well.

The best guest house I had so far in Egypt. The owner and all the stuff working there are extremely friendly and really care about their guests. The breakfast was incredible. Such a variety and very good. The beds are super comfortable.

Mohammad and Omar are incredible!
They helped me with my suitcase and also shared the dinner with me on my first day! I was a little bit under the weather due to the heat after days of temples, they even have medicine and made me the tea to help my recovery process. Not to mention the chilled fresh juice when I got back every time! Thanks for the wonderful time!

I loved my room. The staff were very pleasant always smiled, they ask if you need any help. There was a kettle and a fridge in my room and the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable.
