We enjoyed every minute of our stay, hotel exceeded our expectations. Spacious room, outstanding service, mountains of water slides and plenty of attractions for kids and parents, evening shows...You can find everything you need for a perfect vacation here! One of the best destinations we have ever visited. Highly recommended for families. The hotel has an amazing sea, rich with coral life. Pools, nice restaurants and aqua park are all around. Staff was friendly and cooperative.

The food variety and quality was great! The reef snorkeling was nice, the beach was sandy and comfy the beach bar snacks and drinks were good. The staff at the front desk (Anas and mohamed) were kind and helpful. The staff and chefs at the restaurants (Mr Hegazy, the chefs and all the rest of the crew/waiters) were delightful and welcoming. The entertainment was also really good.

Spent 4 days relaxing over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spa was a real treat, the lady who gave us massage's was excellent. Music on the terrace in the evenings was so good, it was varied and we enjoyed it immensely. Walid our room cleaner was so very helpful and kind, he made us smile every day. The food was good, the evening Christmas Dinner buffet was amazing. Would recommend this hotel.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and as always, everything was exceptional. A special mention goes to Mr. Ahmed Khaled and Mr. Ramadan at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our entire family. We must also commend the staff at the main restaurant, the staff at the beach restaurant, the room service team, the porter who assisted with our luggage — all were incredibly helpful and attentive. The staff’s constant smiles create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. One of the features we love most about this hotel is its private beach located within the hotel premises, eliminating the need to leave the property. It’s perfect for a stress-free holiday. The beach is mostly sandy, but water shoes are useful if you explore the area for a good snorkeling spot to admire the beautiful Red Sea fish. We had an excellent stay once again and are already looking forward to returning next summer. This hotel has truly become our family’s favorite in Sharm El Sheikh!
