After we found Charmillion we look no further and this is always our choice when in Sharm. The rooms are spacious, location is superb, the personnel is kind and attentive to every need. Special thanks to Mr. Adly in reception who is professional and made the process fast and smooth. We had a memorable stay at the resort. Beautiful place, great pools, poolside bars and activities, tidy rooms & cleaning staff. All-inclusive option allows you to eat and drink as much as you want and the food options were nice. Very welcoming and smiling people everywhere. Staff like Kareem and Ahmed made our visits comfortable at the restaurants.. children miss them now! Overall great!!

Liked everything. Starting from the reception, as we were met by the manager Asem (if I spelled the name correctly), he was polite, patient, friendly. The infrastructure is normal, the food is varied, the spa is good, everything in this place is excellent, the service is professional, especially the manager Olga, she has a special high professionalism. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, quality vacation without problems and just for fun. Thank you hotel management!!
