I do not know where the negative feedback comes from, because our stay was great! The staff is always smiling and greeting, the rooms are completely new and big, and comfy. The breakfast had what to offer - omlets, fruit, bakery, meats.

Perfect locatiion, just a couple of minutes from public transport. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. A short bus trip away from the beach and very close to the Sagrada. I would definitely go back.

Excellent room, staff were fantastic especially Dennis who greeted us every night after a late night in the city. His service was impeccable and a credit to the hotel.
