lovely new hotel. our room smelled like a new car. the whole hotel has a wonderful aroma that follows you from the ground floor to your room. the shower gel and shampoos smell amazing. very comfortable mattresses and new furniture. the location is amazing and the staff are very friendly. it was a pleasure to visit this hotel and spend a few days there. highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment, great for a family vacation. Plenty of space, great kitchen with all amenities, bathroom, washing machine and dryer, etc. Absolutely everything that is needed is present. Location is excellent with the center, museums and all within walking distance. Also close to a metro station for trips outside the center.

The apartament has a perfect localisation, close to Googenheim, Casco Viejo (old town) and many other attractions in Bilbao. Very good communication with the owner. Maria is a perfect host. She prepared everything, cofee tea, salt pepper, butter and brad prepared for guests. 1 day before arrival we've got from Maria all needed instructions incl. transportation, what to visit, metro etc.
