We were contacted before arrival and offered a complimentary upgrade into their loft apartment which gave us extra space and washing facilities which were perfect at the half way point of our trip. Everything was very clean and comfortable and we were happy to be located on the edge of the old town, with overlooking the water. Beautiful beach walks on your doorstep along with everything the old town has to offer. Don’t miss Motz coffee for a perfect flat white to start your day. 👍

This hotel is fantastic. The location is great, in that it is very close to the beach and restaurants, but still manages to be in a quieter pocket of the city. The amenities are great. Would highly recommend.

Toplocation, receptionist had some really nice humor ;-) Parking is 20 euro a day in underground garage, on a 4 minute walk from the hotel.

The room was simple but very clean and nice. The location is great, in the hearth of the old town. Pintxo bars and a small grocery store in a couple of steps. Concha beach is a 10 min walk. The window is perfectly blocking the noise, a/c is working well.

Fabulous room with private bathroom in the old town close to the very best tapas bars, cafes, shops etc. The room met all our needs and we were very happy. The common area where you can prepare tea, coffee is also very good. The information provided in the booking and by the staff was very helpful. In particular they provide details of free parking and the bus you can catch from there to the old town....worked very well! Bar Nestor is only 150m walk away and I consider this one of the best tapas bars I have visited in my last 3 months in Spain. Great location!

Everything is just great - the location is so central to the old town, Gros, the beaches as well as pink transport. Luis and everyone else at the front desk are exceptional and so helpful. The coffee machine at the reception area is just great for those early morning coffees and there is an elevator too - overall; I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
