We had never heard of the B&B chain as we don’t have it in New Zealand so we weren’t sure what to expect, but we loved the central location (so close to the bustling Puerta del Sol, yet felt safe and secure). Our room was spacious, clean and had an awesome rain shower. We loved the daily breakfasts and the cafeteria was such a great addition to the hotel. We loved having our breakfast there, enjoying the fresh fruit and coffee machine. We wished we had booked more B&B Hotels for the rest of our travels in Europe.

Very central location on Gran Via, close to everything you may need - transport, supermarkets, sightseeing places, bars and restaurants.
The staff are pretty nice and Inna proactively sent me a super detailed message on how to reach the property, they also arranged a taxi for me in the morning as I had an early flight to catch.
The rooms are small however the owners have managed to fit them with everything you may need (the folding table and the safe were things I did not expect), also the complimentary drinks were a very welcome surprise.
The place was very clean, and although located on the main street no noise was coming in from outside. Overall it is a place I would visit again.

The location is perfect, beautiful yet quiet, and in easy walking distance from many of Madrid's main sights. This is a very attractive boutique hotel with character, and friendly and helpful staff. The bed was ultra comfortable and the bedding was amazing! We were only there for a short overnight visit and didn't even have time for breakfast but we're going back for a longer stay in September so we can enjoy the hotel's amenities and the fabulous neighbourhood.
