This place is special because of the location - in the very center, but with no noise from the street - the staff and the whole design and feeling. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived from the airport, although it was way earlier than the standard check-in time, breakfast is five stars and it is until 12, we had water and tea in the room. Great choice for visiting Madrid!
