A very nice apartment, nicely furnished and comfortable for two couples. Right in the thick of it, we walked to all the major attractions and the apartment itself is on a very nice Plaza which has loads of nice restaurants and bars.

Perfect location at Puerta del Sol, the metro is literally a few steps away. Friendly and helpful staff, every morning they left pastries and bottles of water at our door which was a lovely touch and they also have fruits, juice, water, cookies for free everyday downstairs to reception.
The room was very silent and we didn’t hear any street sound (and they are in a busy place). Loads of restaurants, stores and an express Carrefour (supermarket) around. Loved the location!
Clean and comfortable room.
I will definitely be staying here again when coming back to Madrid.

We had two different reservations for four people and the staff, besides being super friendly, managed to put us all together in one shared room. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable, the mattress was thick and there where two pillows and bed sheets.
The shared toilet was also always clean.
Perfect location, one block from Plaza Mayor.
I would come back!
