Excellent new hotel in Madrid. Well located, right in front of Atocha Train Station, walking distance to Parque El Retiro, Barrio de Las Letras and other nice locations in the city. Super friendly staff, modern ambiance, nice amenities and top notch breakfast at the rooftop. We booked a standard room with interior view, which was very quiet and good size. I've been a client of the Only You Hotels and always had good experiences.

This stylish, modern hotel is located in the south of Madrid, close to the Méndez Álvaro Bus Station. It offers a varied buffet breakfast and free WiFi.

Can't rate this property highly enough. It is in a historic block from 1910 probably serving workers in the local factories, long since gone. Everything about this clean compact apartment was well designed and considered. With a lot of ingenious artistic features along a re-cycling theme. It was very quiet. Although space was small to have two separate bedrooms was perfect for us. We ate at the restaurant directly opposite which was very good too. Sergio, our host spoke perfect English and was extremely friendly, tactful and helpful.

It is exactly how i thought it would be. I took photos to write a review and i really loved the quality of service, the breakfast had all i needed, also the spanish potato omlette, their walnuts were really good quality and delicious. I eat walnuts almost everymorning and i also buy very good quality ones, however theirs was very tasty. Their cheese was fresh and also very good quality. Everything was very good quality. The servicec the staff. I had read so many reviews about so many hotels, my regular hotel was full so it was impossible to choose, i was afraid of AC’s bot working or not having hot water, as some travellers have written in some reviews of other hotels. There is nothing worse than paying for a hotel that brings in frustration. However i loved it. My room also had a balcony that i didnt know and i wished it did and i was so happy when it was unexpectedly a small balcony where i can open the window. I opened to hear the wind and the trees. It was a good stay.

Conveniently situated opposite central Madrid's Atocha Station, Hotel Agumar is under 10 minutes’ walk from the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofía Museums.

Central location in Madrid, convenient for the city-break, 10mins walk from the splendid Retiro Park. Very close to Metro and bus stops of numerous lines to commute around Madrid, we bought multi-journey ticket at the metro station. Yet, the location is quiet enough to offer some rest compared with the busiest parts of the city center. The hotel is new, modern, fresh, clean, spacious, well maintained and offers great relaxation after days of sightseeing. The staff is engaged, presents very positive attitude, happy and smiling, always attentive to guests (congrats and thank you!). We used a half-board offer, with excellent breakfasts (incl. live cooking) and dinners, with simple and very satisfying 3-course menues, which we enjoyed in the bar area, watching football games or F1 on the comfy sofas. Our Family Suite room was spacious enough for our family of 4, again: clean, modern, very comfortable, with a nice city view, and a large, clean, well-planned bathroom. Water, coffee, tea, biscuits and chocolates in the room was re-supplied every day of our 4-day stay, that was very appreciated. On the last day we checked-out and left our luggage safely stored next to the reception, which offered us a good day of sightseeing before our evening flight back.
