I cannot really think of anything that would be missing in this hotel. Excellent location - 20 meters to the main walking street with restaurants. Still surprisingly quiet, there was only some occasional noise from the corridor. Even the church bell and the festival at the main square did not bother us. The pool area on the hotel roof was really nice bonus with nice view over the main square. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Yes, and I have never been in this clean hotel in Spain. Beds were also comfortable which is not always the case in Spanish hotels.

Hotel Rural los Caracoles offers panoramic views over the Axarquia area of Andalucía, on the Costa del Sol. It consists of cave-like buildings in spacious gardens.

The hotel’s new, the staff are really friendly and helpful, it’s nice and clean and has all we needed. We could park our rental car in their garage for free and just really enjoyed our time in Nerja (we stayed just 1 night).

The staff were friendly. I liked how clean the room was and how nice it smelled. When I had left the room, it was nice to return in the evening to a clean room and made-bed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were numerous comfortable pillows. Breakfast was delicious. The jacuzzi was beautiful and warm. The cold beverage machine was very needed. The hotel was close to town and the beach. I would definitely come back!

The room was clean and very comfortable bed with a lovely view of the sea. We loved the library and the ability to have free drinks and snacks during the day. The checking in process was so easy despite being no physical reception. Staff were helpful and very accommodating to us arriving 4 hours before our room was ready.

The staff was so friendly that I didn't have any problems asking anything. I was moved by his fluent English and kindness. Also, the location is so good that you can get there in 3 minutes from the Nerha bus stop, and it's convenient because there's a mart right nearby. I stayed in December and they upgraded my room to a room with a balcony because it's off-peak season. If I come back to Nerha, I will stay here.

António was amazing, nothing was too much for him. Very welcoming. The Studio was spotless clean, with everything you do need. The views from de balcony are breathtaking and only 5 minutes walking from Burriana beach. Couldn't ask for more.
