I am delighted by the kindness of the reception staff; I don’t remember ever experiencing such warmth and hospitality anywhere else. Diana, the breakfast, all the housekeeping staff were so lovely and accommodating, the morning manager was so nice. everyone in the bar was so wonderful. My favorite thing would have to be the comfortable pillows on my bed. my least favorite was the noise in the hallway stairwell in the morning at 8am sharp. we stayed up very late enjoying the city, and we were woken every morning in room 123 by the door on that stairwell slamming and the talking from the employees. But I am certain they did not know this so we dont want to complain.
