This apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need, very clean, spotless. The wi fi was excellent, the kitchen equipped with all the appliances you might want. The location is excellent, easy 5 minutes walk to the beach, almost the same to the center of the city, the supermarket is just across the street,...The host is very kind and easy to communicate with, as well as the lady that gave us the keys of the property. We especially loved the terrace with a view to a beautiful garden. The building itself is quite, very clean and well maintained. Actually, we loved everything with this apartment, and would recommend it to everybody. Would love to come again.

Wonderful reception from the owners and all-round fantastic apartment. Great parking garage available also which was a real bonus. Loads of space to spread out, great furnishings and a real luxury feel. Great stay to be highly recommended.

It's the perfect flat for vacation with family in Cannes. It's a very clean and quiet place. Everything you need for living is in the apartment. It's 15 minutes from sea on foot and 7 minutes from shops and groceries. The owner is polite and very positive.
I recommend this place for staying in Cannes and hope to visit it again.

Very well located, 10 min of walk to the main train station. The apartment is modern and cozy. Well equipped. Excellent bed. Very pleasant place to stay a few days as a single person or couple. Near by, there is a great bakery. I enjoy my stay.
