It was our first time in paris, We mentioned our anniversary, It was a great place and location to mention it! 8 minute walk from champs elysees, there was a very good and not expensive restaurant right next to the hotel, The staff was great, there is a swimming pool that we hardly used because there was no time! There is a lot to do and see in paris. There were even good quality umbrellas near the entrance door of the hotel, it was rainy so it really helped us,, we didn't have to waste time and buy one.

I loved everything! I had zero expectations because we just came from another hotel that looked better in the pictures and smelled like cigarettes so we did not want to set out hopes high. However, upon entering the lobby, it was cozy, warmly lit, elegant, clean, and smelled neutral. On top of the aesthetics, the staff would be the crowning jewel of this hotel. Sana, in particular, went over and above her duties. It was impressive, especially in Europe where most had been stiff, and not sympathetic (sorry! my experience!) I could not connect to the internet due to my laptop's security issues and Sana worked on it extensively until it was finally connected JUST BEFORE MY FIRST WORK MEETING. Talk godsend? It was not the fault of the wifi but their eagerness to give us a wonderful stay, I cannot discount. The location, I would say, is in the nicer part of the city. Quiet, away from most tourists but the shops are nearby. Galleries Lafayette 5mins away by bus, Eiffel maybe 10? I have not been pleased this much by a hotel I stayed at in a loooooong time. What a delight. This will be my home in Paris in all future stays. Thank you for making my trip wonderful!

A perfect getaway for our 30th anniversary. The location was excellent and within walking to the Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was decent and the croissants delivered every morning at 6:30 am were amazing !! Cleaning staff ladies were outstanding, super friendly and helpful. The Vestay exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return.

The hotel was wonderful. It seems to have been recently renovated, as everything had a "new" feel to it. The room size was awesome and much bigger than one would expect in Paris. The neighborhood was awesome. Just steps away from the Champs Elysees, and other hot touristy areas. We ordered breakfast (room service) a couple of times, and what was delivered was awesome and delicious! But what made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were very friendly, approachable and courteous. They helped us book taxis and gave us great advice about several issues related to our stay. I absolutely love this hotel and will definitely stay there again, whenever I visit Paris. PS: A HUGE bonus was that I arrived at the hotel at around 11:00 AM, so several hours before the official check-in time. But my room was ready and they immediately gave me access to it.
