Clean and new building. The staff went an extra mile for our stay offering us a small room upgrade.
We have very much enjoyed eating the macarons (gift from the hotel) while having a beautiful view on the Eiffel Tower - thank you!
Another big plus was that the room was completely soundproof, something that I've very rarely seen as something taken seriously by other hotels around the world.

Being upgraded to an absolutely amazing room without any more charge. It wasn't the first stay for us in this hotel and it is such a great place to stay ! It's quiet, comfortable, really clean, the staff is really friendly and it is close to the metro and quite a few nice and affordable restaurants.

The property was exceptionally clean and the staff were always helpful to assist you. It was also along a stretch similar to a high street with excellent bakeries and cafes that were good value for money. There is a clean park as well if you have kids. Rooms were sound proof so there was no disturbance from other guests. I also loved their daily supply of artisan teas. It was close to the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower.

Loved the location! We walked to the Eiffel Tower which took about 20 mins but looking at everything and soaking up the atmosphere made it feel less. Even though there 7 of us there was plenty of room . Downstairs a double bed and single and a spacious bathroom . Upstairs double bed and a very large sofa bed. Bathroom upstairs and kitchen and dining table with all the amenities.
Host was very accommodating let us leave our luggage as we arrived at midday and checking wasn’t till 4pm. Which was very generous as we were only in Paris for the day so we managed to get in plenty of sightseeing.
There’s a little market type shop at the top of the street which has everything and a lovely pub/restaurant and for a morning coffee and croissant there are plenty of places heading down the street. Even though it’s located on the “main” road we didn’t hear any noise . Beds were very comfortable!!
In the 15th arr. District of Paris, close to Eiffel Tower, Apparemment Tour Eiffel- La Motte Picquet Grenelle features free WiFi and a washing machine.

The location is amazing, 15-20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower on foot.
The accommodation was perfect for us (2 adults + 2 children). You can also cook, wash, and iron there; two separate rooms.
There is a well-loaded Carefour shop just around the corner :-D
Btw, there is luggage drop service (Radical) about a 5-minute walk too. (I recommend Avenue Emil Zola with the friendly personnel; the closest one, Metro Dupleix, was closed during our arrival despite our valid booking and payment ahead!)

An incredible view of the Eiffel Tower—undoubtedly one of the best, as it’s fully visible from both windows. A large balcony where you can enjoy Parisian sunsets.
Everything you need is provided: the host kindly offered a hairdryer, styling tools, hair products, quality dishes, plenty of towels, a bathrobe, and slippers.
Spotlessly clean. A large bed with a good mattress and satin bed linen.
Drinking water is available, along with whole bean coffee.
The interior is stylish and modern. The building and courtyard are both well-maintained.
The metro station is nearby, which is very convenient—it’s easy to get anywhere in the city.
