Location is perfect - the street is lively, but not too much. Almost nothing from the street can be heard inside. Good drapes in the bedroom shut all the light out. Nice decor, spacious.
What is really special to me is the evening light that shines into the living room. Instead of going out, I preferred staying in and basking in the light.

The location was lovely, it was right on the river. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere - there were shops, the Farmer's Market and the historical sites all within 10-minute walk.
