Everything was perfect ! The staff were nice, polite and very accommodated. I arrive at the hotel very early in the morning (at 10 o’clock) and the check in time was at 15 o’clock but they still gave me my room 😁 and I was so great-full (because I was beyond tire at that point).
The room were nice, spacious and very clean. The bathroom was nice and the shower power was 😍 ! 10/10 !
I went there for the sole purpose of doing some shopping, and let me tell you the hotel was at least 6 minutes by walk from the bullring shopping center and all the other shops (everything was at walking distance).
I had a lovely stay at this hotel and I will recommend it to anybody ☺️

We stayed overnight last May 27-28. The place is near everything. Malls, Restau and beautiful places of Birmingham. We are family of four and we really enjoyed our stay. Spacious, clean and the owner is very approachable and nice.. For sure we will go back❤️❤️

The decor was so beautiful, own balcony area, quiet, clean and cosy space. Sitting in the lounge area, facing the feature wall really gave the feeling of being on holiday somewhere out of the uk. The host was friendly and really helpful with suggestions on shops and places to eat in the area, as well as being accommodating and understanding. It was a really lovely short stay and good value for money. Thank you to the host!:)
