Gabriele was a fantastic host who went out of his way to render assistance when we met with unforseen circumstances during our holiday. He was very prompt to respond to questions we had about the apartment's facilities and professionally followed up to make sure everything was ok. This was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, on a high floor with an unblocked view and perfectly located. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had it been available for our unplanned 6 nights in Cardiff. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it is decorated beautifully and has everything you could need, particularly enjoyed the coffee machine and cold water function in the fridge. We all slept well including my friend who was on the sofa bed. Having access to 2 bathrooms was a nice perk, the shower was amazing! The host was super helpful and very responsive to all my messages, we required an earlier check-in and she managed to arrange this for us no problem and messaged me on the day to inform me when the apartment was ready, and were also given detailed instructions on how to obtain the keys and get to the on-site parking. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Cardiff!

What an amazing find! We stayed here whilst visiting Cardiff for a rugby game and some shopping. We were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay. The apartment is absolutely spotless and the location is perfect. We will be back!

The location was fabulous, right in the centre of town. The room and bathroom were both spacious and the bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. The staff were lovely and kindly arranged an early check-in for us with no hesitation. We loved the decor too, cosy and quirky and all the small details like chargers and amenities that were well thought out.
