Fantastic location, helpful and nice staff, very comfy beds and rooms equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The complimentary snacks and drinks were delightful. As it is centrally located (close to bars, pubs and restaurants) some rooms might get a bit noisier, but still a great hotel experience.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was equipped with a guitar, gramophone, wireless speaker and more. The option to fill the bathroom fridge with beers was extraordinary. The jelly station, the breakfasts, everything was exceptional.

Most of my life decisions were made in this hotel. From choosing what Uni I went to and my husband proposing to me here so it holds a lot of good memories . I even decided to apply for a job whilst taking High tea here! I love the facilities, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The service is impeccable ! Worth every penny ! We chose this for it's location, and it didn't disappoint. Right bang in the middle of the Royal Mile, looking out over the Cathedral it was perfect for our Fringe visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable and roomy. Bathroom was lovely and modern, well stocked with toiletries. We were 3 couples, and we were given a set of keys per couple which was really handy so we could split up if needed and come and go at different times if needed.

Location was excellent, also the atmosphere. It was easy to get there and find your own spot. They have a nice common space in which you are able to spend time and maybe do some writing for example. Room was quiet and bed was nice to sleep. Also liked that the place was clean and well organized. They even had live music in the evening. And the breakfast (waffles) was also so tasteful. Really enjoyed.
