Loved the decor and luxurious feel of the hotel. We enjoyed the range of dining options, food was fabulous, cocktails awesome. The Staff all went out of their way to be attentive, friendly and welcoming .

The room was absolutely stunning and really exceeded our expectation! I got really sick during my stay, in the middle of the night, and had to go to the hospital, and the receptionist Jessica went above and beyond to help me. I felt safe and taken care of, as well as a comfortable place to stay. Would absolutely go here again, and Jessica did an amazing job!

The entire place itself was very comfortable and relaxing. The location is great, the staff i spoke to via messaging was incredibly kind. They made the place look amazing for us when we arrived. From the simplicity of having milk ready for tea, shower gel and shampoo, etc was magic.

The room was great, all installation, the staff was very friendly, besides they love dogs. You need not to find a other place, this is the best one! I Will come back there for sure.

Location was very central & right next to the central train station & just around the corner from the underground. Plenty of buses too. Hotel was lovely & so we're the staff. Breakfast was great, a wide selection, including haggis if that's what you're after! Would stay there again if back in Glasgow.
