very nice and welcoming host. Swan guesthouse is a charming alternative to typical chain hotels for staying close by heathrow airport (including free onsite parking which comes handy if you haven't returned your rental car yet)

Oakwood B&B is just under 30 minutes to central London by train on the fast, new Elizabeth Line, and a 5 minute drive to Heathrow Airport.

hotel was perfectly situated near Heathrow airport. train station was a 5 minute walk away & the trains took you straight into central london. from heathrow it was just travel to next station & swap trains. I was lucky enough to be given a room upgrade which was very nice of them. staff were really helpful also. i will definitely be staying here next time i visit.

Great location, 10mins walk from station and castle. Historical old-fashion building. We had well-renovated big room, with everything you need, tea-coffee-water and even cookies. Service was excellent, friendly and helpful staff, welcome drinks, everyday cleaning in the room, great tasty cooked per person warm breakfast from the menu.

The family who publish the rooms in their house, they were adorable! They were very nice, helpful, we could ask for help with anything. The rooms were very clean and modern and the bathrooms were a dream! There is a small river in the immediate vicinity with swans and ducks, which makes the place very cosy. Public transport is also good, about 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, from where you can easily get to the city centre.
