there is a pub downstairs, but it's very quiet in the bedroom. it's close to the surbiton station. staffs were nice and helpful. room is big. price is low. everything is perfect.

The room was large, spacious and very comfortable. The pub below was an added bonus where staff where friendly and food great. The location was perfect for us with the Southside Mall close by and regular buses going past.

The location is perfect, super well connected with buses and trains, easily accessible from Heathrow Airport and with many options available to London city. But the spotlight here goes to Alex. She's a wonderful host, who made us feel at home. The breakfast with homemade bread (also a gluten-free option) made our day. Strongly recommend this place.
