Melissa is an exceptional hostess! We were exceedingly pleased with our room and the outstanding breakfast basket each morning. Snacks in the lounge were yummy, too.
We had an early departure and Melissa prepared take-away bags for both of us.

My friend and I traveled to Conwy for hiking and sightseeing, and we were absolutely fascinated by our stay at Bryn Derwen — it was one of the best experiences ever! Let me just list all the things we found amazing:
- the mountain view from our first-floor room (the guest house is situated on a hill),
- the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom, and all the other facilities; the house is also pretty and beautifully decorated,
- the hosts, who are very nice and helpful,
- the breakfasts! They offer different options, and all of them are freshly cooked for you by the host,
- the little things, like fresh milk, all the toiletries that you might need, and the hosts' eagerness to meet your needs and provide tips.

Wonderful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was cosy, comfortable and clean. Hotel is in an ideal location and facilities are fantastic. Had a wonderful for one night. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Really enjoyed our stay at the Erkskine Arms.

We had a lovely stay at Y Chapel.
The room was spotless, well decorated and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the tea and biscuits. We also chose to dine at Erskine arms and it was the best meal we had during our 8 days trip in UK. Way finest than the others. There was a friendly, cosy atmosphere we particularly enjoyed.
