We booked last-minute that very morning after a red-eye flight and they got us in a room as soon as possible, apologizing for the wait in the meantime (even though it was before normal check-in time), and upgraded us for free to a better room that was available sooner! The building is historic and the room was gorgeous, modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Huge, powerful, hot shower. The ultra-modern kitchen was small but fun to cook in. All staff was lovely and helpful and attentive. We accidentally broke a mug and a nice man from housekeeping soon arrived with a "glass bucket" to finish cleaning it up safely. Great location in Chelsea, with Sloane Square tube stop nearby. I could happily live there for a long time if I could afford it!

Everything was perfect except the room was facing Main Street and it was very noisy even at night. other than that it was perfect.

We loved the location of our room front facing looking over the square. Staff was very curious and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Our room was neat organized and perfect for a couple.
