A special mention for the Concierge team, Daniel and Jamie, who are AMAZIING👏Also the Reception team and in particular Suzette who checked me in on arrival and checked me out at the end of my stay. Quite the best hotel experience in London- even better than when I stayed there 3 times in 1984!

We booked last-minute that very morning after a red-eye flight and they got us in a room as soon as possible, apologizing for the wait in the meantime (even though it was before normal check-in time), and upgraded us for free to a better room that was available sooner! The building is historic and the room was gorgeous, modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Huge, powerful, hot shower. The ultra-modern kitchen was small but fun to cook in. All staff was lovely and helpful and attentive. We accidentally broke a mug and a nice man from housekeeping soon arrived with a "glass bucket" to finish cleaning it up safely. Great location in Chelsea, with Sloane Square tube stop nearby. I could happily live there for a long time if I could afford it!

we loved the location, very central but at the same time not too busy, 15 minutes by bus from Piccadilly and just across the road from the tube station, considering all this i would say this hotel offers excellent value for money.

Sloane Place is situated in London, 1.6 km from Victoria and Albert Museum and 1.6 km from Harrods.
