Located within walking distance of Kensington palace, Hyde park, Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum. Bus stops almost everywhere, two close tube stations. Restaurants, bars, and cafés at every corner. Few minutes walk and you'd get to Tesco's. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is also really safe part of the city.
The room was clean, and being cleaned every day, staff was very nice and helpful. The view was onto street - which itself is quite beautiful. The hotel also has its own restaurant and room service (that can be called almost anytime). Welcome desk is available 24/7.
