The room was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean at all times and we felt completely at ease. We also enjoyed the bathroom with a great shower.
The location of the hotel is simply a dream. It is only a three-minute walk from Earls Court tube station (a major station with several lines) to the hotel. There are a few shops around, e.g. supermarket and bakery, kiosk and also restaurants. The surrounding area is beautiful, Kensingston Gardens is within walking distance and Notting Hill is two tube stops away.
The breakfast and the restaurant in general were heavenly. We ordered several different dishes and were thrilled every time.
The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved my stay at Ellen Kensington. Everything that mattered to me was simply perfect. Wonderfully quiet room — no noise from other guests, no plumbing sounds, no footsteps. Surprisingly spacious for London; I could fully open my suitcase on the floor. Great shower with perfect water pressure and easy-to-set temperature. Air conditioning worked brilliantly, even during the heatwave — always a cool, comfortable room. Fresh towels every day, everything spotless and well looked after. Staff were kind and discreet — you really feel your privacy is respected here. Location couldn’t be better, just around the corner from Earls Court tube. No doubt I’ll happily return! 🤗🙂
